Two-year rotational program consisting of two year-long rotations, with a variety of different tracks available. Open to graduates, our full-time program provides the best training in the sector to help you become an active member of the team you join in the shortest time possible. One of the primary ways in which we identify the very best talent is through internships. These are paid programs which run for 10 weeks during summer. The applications are open from January. You’ll be exposed to a mixture of training and professional experience. After the program, we are open to continue employment for Summer Analysts who ended program successfully. Due to that we have two ways to start your career within Citi:
Global Summer Internship - at the end of this internship, we offer successful interns the position of Full Time Analyst Program for the following year, when graduated (available for students of penultimate year).
Programs run in a few areas:
Local Summer Internship – after the program, which is offered in various business units, the successful interns are encouraged to apply for entry level roles (available for students from 3rd year onwards)
It is a three to six months paid program designed to give you maximum exposure to Citi’s culture, business divisions, people, and networks as well as experience and knowledge of the business which you join. Programs open as per yearly business’ needs, so once they are launched, you will find all information on our website, FB profile and LinkedIn. We accept applications from the second year of studies onwards.

In a special area called the Sky Office, colleagues can not only relax, eat dinner, and play table tennis, but can also conduct trainings, social dialogues, and business forums. You'll also find parking facilities and bike racks at all our sites, and a medical centre in our HQ in Warsaw.
We have ensured the Olsztyn office to be a convenient, efficient, and comfortable workspace for our staff. Spacious kitchens, relaxing chill out zones and quiet rooms, showers, and space to park your bike, as well as splendid views are all available to the staff.
