The recruitment process in Zoetis is simple but effective. All you need to do is to send us the application in desired language with details of your experience and consent for management of your personal data by Zoetis Polska.
Each application is carefully reviewed by our Hiring Managers as they are fully engaged in the recruitment process. They will contact you directly if they find your application meeting their expectation.
Usually Hiring Managers use phone interviews for initial screening of candidates. If they find your profile suitable for the role, they will invite you for face to face interview. Candidates are expected to present their experience and competences. Sometimes we use additional exercises or presentations to evaluate your potential.
After careful verification of competences of all candidates who participated in our interview process, we decide about selecting the final candidate. This candidate will be contacted by us directly and presented with hiring offer. After agreement from both sides for the hiring conditions, we prepare the candidate for onboarding in our company. Candidates, who were not selected for the role in Zoetis, will be provided with short feedback reasonable timeframe, usually 3 weeks after making final decision.
First day of employment is dedicated to familiarize the New Hire with the Team, Zoetis rules & core beliefs, systems, and training on the job. We also use “Buddy Program” to successfully onboard our employees.
