The first step is to send an on-line application to the selected position. All Yameo positions are published in the online recruitment system.
Your application will be screened by one of our associates, who will evaluate your skills, experience against the requirement of the position. If you are a good match, we will get in touch with you, and find out more about you and your experience.
This stage will give us the opportunity to get know each other. We will thoroughly verify your technical skills. Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete an additional assessment (online test or material creation task).
This stage is conducted by a recruiter who not only check your soft skills, but also present our company and present development opportunities, including employment conditions. At this stage you may have a unique opportunity to meet people you will work day-to-day. In many cases, the meeting is attended by tech leader, hiring manager, or the team.
The number and type of interview that you have, will based on factors such as location, type and seniority of position. If you get to the interview stage, we will explain the potential interview steps to you.
