Congratulations, you’ve made a great first impression on us! Now, we’ll contact you to learn more about your work experience, motivation and skills relevant for the position. The initial meeting also gives you an opportunity to ask questions about the company, the role and recruitment process details.


Business case or assessment

This step is optional.

We’ll invite you to prepare short business case or participate in an online assessment. The case is designed to assess your suitability for working at SimCorp as you’ll be faced hypothetical but realistic scenarios about your future job.


Online meeting with manager

You are doing great! Now we’ll invite you to online meeting with your potential manager. Take this opportunity to fully showcase your knowledge and other skills relevant to your future role. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!


Feedback and final offer

You’ve made it! You’ve reached the last stage of our process. Regardless of the outcome, we’ll provide you with the honest and professional feedback how well you did. If you are successful, our Talent Acquisition Partner will get in touch and present you the final job offer.
