First interview – Let’s get to know each other
For specific positions, the hiring manager will screen and evaluate candidates as soon as applications are submitted. Therefore, don’t hesitate to start the application process!
The hiring manager with HR support carries out the first round of interviews, in which the candidate’s professional profile is assessed. After the first round of interviews, the most suitable candidates are invited for a second interview.
Second interview – Let’s get to know each other better
At the second interview, several people, e.g. future colleagues and manager, may interview you and probe deeper into your skills and experience, results and expectations. We wish to make fact-based decisions, but just as importantly, we wish to give the candidate an opportunity to ask any questions that will impact his/her decision.
Our HR function may also carry out a personality profile and interview the final candidate(s). This lasts about two hours and appraises topics such as your motivational needs, communication style, working style, and the situations in which you perform best. The purpose of this is to ensure the best possible fit – now and in the future - between the candidate and Radiometer.
Based on the interviews and personality profile, the hiring manager, together with Human Resources, will extend an offer of employment to the most suitable candidate.
All candidates will receive a response when the recruitment process is completed. The information received from unsuccessful candidates is stored for the length of time allowed by local law and regulations.

It’s time for you to get to know the organization and start introduction trainings. Your manager and a buddy will introduce you to your new responsibilities. They will share with you their knowledge, tools and techniques they used.
