CSR is a group of motivated QVC team members who feel strong need of corporate social responsibility. The initiatives that took place and are planned for this year are the pure initiatives of CSR Team. Diversity & Inclusion
The idea of creating Diversity & Inclusion group in our company was inspired by enthusiastic approach of our people in October 2018. Our focus in 2019 is to spread the awareness about inclusive work environment and how to prevent Hate Speech not only at work. As the company of USA origin QVC puts special effort on creating inclusive atmosphere and ensuring each team member feels good in our workplace.
Our main goals are:
- to learn as much as possible about local GBS and QVC globally,
- to share this knowledge with other team members.
In 2018 QVC merged with HSN, Zulily, Garnet Hill, Ballard Designs, Frontgate and Grandinroad creating new Qurate Retail Group. In our Business Center in Cracow we provide variety of services to different markets and departments and it is even more important now to know each other better and business model of each brand. We welcome new ideas and innovative ways to learn more about our Center and brands across the Group.
