WHO WE ARE?

Pure Biologics Inc. was founded in 2010. During last seven years we were able to build a 30-people team with an extensive expertise in biotechnology, protein engineering, molecular biology, cell culture and in vitro selection of antibodies and aptamers. Majority of our employees has international experience and/or PhD.

We can proudly state, that there is no impossible thing for our team, which is confirmed by our long-term partnerships in Poland and abroad.

WHAT DO WE DO?

In 2012 we established our research and development laboratory in Wroclaw Technology Park, and started developing our platforms – PureCRO for production, purification and characterization of recombinant proteins, PureAssays – for assay development and validation, PureSelect for antibody selection in vitro, and PureApta for aptamer selection in vitro.

Those technical resources enable us to pursue our own ideas for new therapeutic solutions (drug candidates, medical devices and/or diagnostic assays). In 2018 we are launching our first drug discovery project, related to the field of immunooncology.

Flexible working hours
Are you an early bird or a night owl? It does not matter in Pure Biologics! Our employees can choose their working hours, starting anywhere from 7 AM to 11 AM.

Stable employment in a friendly environment
Each of our employees is offered an employment for a trial period of three months, followed by an employment contract for an unfixed term.
We have a medium-size team of 30 employees, most of them tightly integrated and getting on well. We value and encourage partnership, collaboration, being helpful and creatively critical. We believe that the atmosphere of openness is a key to work efficiently and to improve ourselves.

Competetive salary
A newly graduated employees will earn more than 70% of their colleagues. Researchers with 2-3 years of professional experience will earn more than 85% of their colleagues with similar qualifications. We introduced a bonus system and stock option program for especially successful team members.
