The pre-selection process sorts out candidates who meet the recruitment criteria.

1st interview
The first interview consists of a short conversation with an HR representative and a technical assessment conducted by a technical leader. The meetings take place online.

2nd interview
A second meeting (also on-line meeting) is conducted by a representative of the client/project manager and the managing director.

Decision
The hiring process ends with presenting the offers to candidates who received positive recommendations and giving feedback to those who did not qualify further.
