Recruitment process

APPLICATION REVIEW
We thoroughly review all applications. If your qualifications and experience meet our requirements, you will be invited for a short phone interview.

PHONE INTERVIEW
Our in-house recruiter will phone you and speak with you in English to evaluate your speaking and listening skills in this language. You’ll be asked about your motivation and professional experience.

IN-PERSON / ONLINE INTERVIEW
Selected candidates will have an in-person or video interview with Hiring Manager. If a job requires knowledge of 2nd language it will include 10 min. spoken language check and 30 min. written assignment.

FINAL DECISION
If you are successful, our in-house recruiter will call you to extend an offer. After your verbal acceptance, you will get an email with confirmation of the offer.

ONLINE VIDEO INTERVIEW
Selected candidates will have video interviews with Hiring Manager and next level manager. Depending on the role it might include 2nd language check, Excel test or case study.

In our Shared Service Center we focus on:
- Customer Service – provided for our business partners across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
- Consumer Service – offered to our consumers i.e., the end-users of Newell’s products from all over the world.
- HR Service Delivery – provided for our HR teams globally.
Distribution Center in Żerniki ensures storage and shipments of our products internationally.
