Recruitment process
- Reviewing the CV of candidatesCheck resumé, the experience and skills required for the role.
- Pre-screen callShort cup-of coffee call where we ask about motivation, interests and some questions related to the job.
- 1st round of interviewAfter the cup-of-coffee call, we discuss the profile and we arrange the next interview with the candidate.
- 2nd round of interviewAfter the positive outcome from the 1st interview, we organize a short talk with another stakeholder.
- Final feedbackWe will provide you final feedback and whether is positive or negative we will inform you about it.
