The main objective of P-Tech is to help the education of young people and prepare them to work in the IT industry. Apart from technical knowledge and soft skills, students will get to know the expectations of future employers and learn what is desirable in the market. The program takes 5 years for each class during whole education in tech high school. We are proud to have over 50 employees taking part in the program - 42 Trainers, 8 people in the P-Tech Team, and our Sponsors – Aleksandra Durzynska-Prochowska (Head of Poland GDC), Marko Radovic, Dave Deane.
Till December 2021, 262 hours of training conducted in both locations – Łódź and Katowice. Currently, technical & soft skills education are provided to over 180 students in 6 clasess.
