On the other hand we also talk about candidate's experience, professional preferences and ambitions. The meeting usually lasts about an hour and is focused on assessing technical abilities for the role, the depth and breadth of candidate's knowledge in a particular field/stack. 🛠️ It also evaluates abilities to think creatively, adapt solutions and find ways to solve problems.💡 Additionally, it's a great opportunity for a candidate to meet my colleagues and find out more about their work.👋 We keep the technical conversation with our candidates on a partnership terms and always try to be open minded, so our candidates have no reason to stress out! 😉
This stage is a meeting with Hiring Manager, it’s more a general/high level conversation allowing to get to know candidate, its ambitions and talk about possible role and development paths within our organization. Hiring Manager evaluates if the candidate fits into the team and the company’ culture and if we can offer something that candidate is really looking for. The conversation is once again a partnership discussion and candidate has got opportunity to resolve any doubts regarding future role and tasks.
