What is the work in our company like?
Every day brings new challenges and has a different dynamic. But there is no boredom :) We have a department of Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, Testers, Support. And all of them are supported by the administration and HR department. This is our company.
Day in the Company
We have a hybrid work system, so we can meet and work also in the office. We care about openness, honesty and teamwork. In the morning we usually meet in the kitchen for coffee, and then we go to our tasks. Meetings, firefighting, brainstorming. We try to eat lunch together, but we know how it is - it will not always be possible to match the time. And then we go back to our projects. We usually finish our working day around 5 pm. But you know how it is with projects in IT :)

    30-minute phone call with HR

    During this conversation, we have a chance to get to know each other better. Our colleague from the HR department will tell you about our company, structure, processes and answer questions in this area. This is also the moment when we ask you questions based on your resume. After this meeting, we also send information about the next step.

    Verification of your skills and abilities

    This time you have the opportunity to meet and talk to your future supervisor. Then you will learn more about the projects that the team that you may join is working on. It is also time for tasks and getting to know your competences and qualifications better.

    Information about recruitment status (mail/phone)

    If YES - welcome to DGITS :)  - we are starting the formalities for joining our team. If NO - do not worry. If not now, maybe in a moment we will have a project in which you will be able to prove yourself. We appreciate the time you spend meeting us - each person will receive information about the final recruitment result.
