After a short call, we will be happy to invite you to online meeting with Recruiter and you’re your potential Team Leader. During this stage we will be having interview and our goal is to get to know you better, but also – give you a chance to get to know us

Thomas International Test (online)
When your feedback after our interview is positive, you will be asked to complete the Thomas International test (online) so that we can get to know you even better!

2nd interview
The last stage is an interview with our HR Manager and Managing Director. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our company, organizational culture and values.

Assessment Center
This form of recruitment is very interactive and we love it! You do not take part in the assessment center session individually, but in a group of other candidates. We meet online or we invite you to our office. We prepare a variety of tasks that you solve in smaller groups, in pairs and individually. we observe you and evaluate your competences. You get feedback within 1-2 days and that’s all!
For summer months we invite you to gather first professional experience and get insights into corporate world.
How does it work?
Assessment center and further evaluation will be scheduled for June.
That is up to you, in general we offer internships from June till September, but we can approach you individually.
Internships are paid and based on civil contract. After successful cooperation we will be happy to offer you a permanent job based on our standard employment conditions.
