We are a global video game development studio established in 2002. Headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, with studios in Cracow and Wroclaw. In North America, we operate in Vancouver and will be opening a new studio in Boston. Our studio is formed by over 1000 talented professionals hailing from all parts of the world. We’re independent and take great pride in maintaining full creative control of the games we make. We consider ourselves rebels: we’re intrepid and not afraid to experiment, we innovate and provoke change by giving example. Our mission is to make the best role-playing games in the world and we will overcome every obstacle to make that a reality.

Inside and out, we’ve got more than 2000 plants, the health of which we’re constantly tracking, filtering the air around us. The studio also utilizes solar-panel technology, and offers complimentary electric car charging.
Social Friday is a recurring event at CDPR studios with a theme. After a full week of work, our employees can turn off their computers at 5 p.m. on Friday and just relax and hang out with colleagues on Social Friday!
Girls in the Game! is a scholarship and mentoring program for female high school students - 3rd, 4th and 5th grades - which is an introduction to a career in the video game industry. As part of it, participants will receive financial support in the form of a 12-month stipend of PLN 1,000 (gross) to cover education and development costs, substantive knowledge and mentoring. The program offers the opportunity to learn many practical aspects of working in the game industry, as well as the chance to gain valuable experience.

All events and training sessions are organized with the growth in mind and are also connected and complementary to the Agile transformation.
