Interview & Assesment
We invite successful candidates for an online meeting with a Recruiter and Hiring Manager. If feedback after the interview is positive, you might be asked to complete the test that will verify your technical knowledge.
We share feedback after the interview with our candidates within two weeks regardless of the decision.

We are the Carlsberg Shared Services - an entity within the Carlsberg Group providing a variety of services to other markets and functions - which bring synergies to the Group when done centrally. We have 17 years of experience in transitioning, transforming, and optimizing processes. Currently, the team consists of more than 450 people who support 12 European markets on daily basis: working within master data, finance operations, financial controlling, procurement, compliance & internal controls, logistics, sales support, and many other critical areas that are essential to our Group. Throughout the years we’ve managed to embrace new technologies, redefine ways of working, reduce operating costs and improve the quality of Carlsberg's processes across Western Europe.
Carlsberg Shared Services was established in September 2006 in Poznań, Poland – to promote efficiency and increase the quality and professionalism of support processes for the Group.
At the very beginning, we were a very small Shared Service company – home to 30 employees. And we specialized only in accounting and finance but, we had a spirit for innovation, a well-defined vision, and an eagerness to grow.
We consider our people our greatest asset and aim to create an inclusive environment where everyone has an equal chance to succeed, regardless of gender, ethnicity, identity, lifestyle, and preferences.

We are lucky to have people who inspire, support, and motivate each other to be physically active. We have our basketball squad and a great team of runners and bikers who train regularly after work and participate in different competitions.
