The SSC organisation has been created in bioMerieux back in 2011.
By then the objective was mainly to put back office processes like finance or customer order entry under control. Indeed even if performing well at local level, their heterogeneity was not allowing to deploy efficiently bioMerieux best practices ensuring a harmonized level of service to the business worldwide.
Now the SSC, with its engaged and capable people, capitalizing on its transversal and end-to end approach to processes has become a center of expertise, supporting the growth of the company and being an efficient tool for transformation.
Faithful to bioMerieux's principles, we BELONG to the bioMerieux community by supporting its growth. We DARE to propose innovative solutions in order to improve quality and efficiency.
