What is the work in our company like?
Be Shaping the Future since its foundation has been recognized for the high quality of development, implementation and optimization of main IT systems within the Capital Markets. We have national and international experience for advisory and IT, offering support “on-site” and “off-site” through our competence centre/nearshore office providing tailor-made solutions for several typologies of projects, from the basic IT system development and support till end-to-end delivery ones. Be Shaping the Future team acquired deep know-how and experience in managing Capital Markets main applications like Murex, Calypso, FusionCapital K+.
Day in the Company
As our consultants are engaged in a variety of projects, it is hard to paint one picture that would present ‘an average day’ in our office. It is a bit different for every person. There are many common activities, though, enjoyed by many of us. Morning coffee is surely one of them!
We communicate a lot, in different ways. We usually take part in some online meetings as well as internal ones in person (for those who prefer to work from the office). It’s worth mentioning that we try to make our meetings long enough to get through every important issue but short enough to leave the participants motivated to act, not tired of listening.
A break with a view. When we need a break - to let the great ideas enter our heads or just to relax for a moment, we just look through the window at the stunning panoramic view of Warsaw (from the 28th floor).
When we work, we work. On our own or together in teams. It all depends on circumstances and needs. Flexibility is one of our basic features.
We celebrate. A lot. We like to share our successes with others – and we like to do it with delicious food, be it confectionery products or any other form of repast.
