SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Our Supply Chain function is responsible for the delivery and improvement of our end-to-end supply chain processes for medical equipment and consumer care products.   

SERVICES & SOLUTIONS DELIVERY

Our Services & Solutions Delivery function cares for the after-sales & service back-office tasks between Philips and customers, such as hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. Their activities involve supervision of billing and service work orders, contracts management, spare parts outbound and inbound, installed base administration, quotation of time and materials. They also dispatch field service engineers, coordinate training, and manage field change orders. The main stakeholders for this team are Philips divisions in the served markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.   

ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS

Our Accounting Operations team is managing an integrated scope of Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Credit & Collections (C&C) activities. The team's mission is to lead processes by maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, internal finance leadership, and cross-functional business partners.  

PHILIPS PEOPLE SERVICES AND ENABLING FUNCTIONS

Philips People Services (PPS) is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Philips. A team of highly-motivated HR professionals delivering cost-effective HR services to Philips employees, people managers, and HR colleagues. The ultimate mission of PPS is to provide high-quality people and organizational data management as well as the timely organization of business interviews of hiring managers with candidates. PPS is also a single point of contact for HR-related questions, HR information, HR processes, and tools.

PROCUREMENT

​​​​​​Our Procurement EMEA Hub manages and performs global sourcing and procurement activities. We leverage our capabilities as a competence center for Indirect Material & Services (IMS) and Bill of Material (BoM) in the areas of Idea to Market, Source to Contract, Performance Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Risk Management, Sustainability, Paralegal support and Price Management. Under the collaborative model, the Procurement Hub actively supports business process domains and is organized in four Teams namely Source to Contract Deployment, Source to Contract Maintenance & Performance Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management & Sustainability, Procurement Hub APAC.
