Recruitment process

Stage 1 - Application

Available vacancies can be found on your website:

After your application, our Recruitment team will review your application and we will contact you if your profile matches role requirements.

Stage 2 - Phone conversation

There will be a short phone call with one of our recruiters. If you are a good match, we will get in touch with you to proceed further. If we do not believe you are suitable for the role you applied for, we will match your profile against other positions that we have.

Stage 3 - Online interview

If both you and OEC team are keen to progress, we will invite you for the online interview. At this stage, you meet with managers and team specialists of given department. The number of interview stages depends on the managers and role seniority. After that, we will inform you whether we would like to proceed or not.

Stage 4 - Join our team

If we receive positive feedback from the interview, we will make you an offer and welcome you on board!
