What is the work in our company like?
We work in a friendly atmosphere in a multinational environment. People are truly valued for their differences, and we are free to be who we are.
We provide extensive training and coaching sessions to newcomers.
We work in teams dedicated for specific brands and regions / time zones.
We work in a hybrid system with one fixed day in the office. During that day we work face-to-face as a team.
We always help each other also by showing kindness and understanding, as we want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable being themselves.

Day in the Company
We answer consumers inquiries, listen to concerns, and provide best solutions. We proactively identify – sometimes out of the box – solutions to resolve or meet the consumers’ needs.
We engage with consumers around the globe via chat, email, phone and social media. English is our language of communication, but our team members speak 42 languages all together.
We gather insights and feedback from consumers to further improve the efficiency and quality of our products.
We act as ambassadors of Newell Brands.
We socialize at work and outside, and take part in activities such as games, tournaments, workshops, incentive programs and competitions.

HR Service Delivery – provided for our HR teams globally.

Distribution Center in Żerniki ensures storage and shipments of our products internationally.
