I have been with Marsh McLennan for almost 3.5 years now, so from the very beginning of our Shared Service Center in Warsaw. Through this time we have changed a lot, we have rebuilt and restructured our procedures, teams and our shared service itself to finally become MMC. One thing that did not change is the friendly and laid-back atmosphere. Lack of strict control makes you more responsible for what you do, and causes that you are not only more engaged but you also perform better than when being said what exactly you should do. I would recommend MMC to all who like to organize their work themselves, are ready to take responsibility for their actions, and who also find working in a good and positive atmosphere  a priority.

I’ve started working in MMC as a Tax Consultant in August 2017. Since then I’ve participated in various projects covering US Tax, International Tax and Transfer Pricing. I have been working for Marsh McLennan for over 2 years now. At the beginning, the department I joined (EBSC) was a handful of people with whom I have cooperated to grow into something bigger, what we are now – a new entity, MMC GS. It is a great experience to participate in building something together and see things change, especially thanks to everybody’s energy and commitment. It is especially visible in variety of CSR (corporate social responsibility) actions which we are launching – every colleague can find an activity that suits her/him best. I`m a member of a HRIS BI & Analytics team. As a team we`re responsible for developing and maintaining HR Data Warehouse and for providing HR Reports. Our job is challenging but rewarding and fun.  We`re not a big team, so the atmosphere inside the team is superb. Both the manager and all team members introduce an almost family feeling. That`s why I`m happy I can be a member of HRIS BI & Analytics team.
