The recruitment process starts with your online application. We will analyze your CV and decide if you meet the key criteria for the role. If we find your CV a good match, one of our Talent Acquisition team members will give you a call.
During a phone conversation (it can also be a video call) you will be asked about your professional experience, strengths, motivation and expectations. A part of the phone screen may be conducted in English to assess the level of your language skills. Once the phone screening has been completed, you will be informed about next steps. The phone screen last on average 15-30 minutes.
Upon successful completion of a phone screen you will be invited to a F2F meeting with a hiring manager. You will have a chance to see our office and present your experience during a structured recruitment interview. You can expect to hear more about the role you have applied for as well as about the business line the role is placed in. It may happen that a hiring manager will be assisted by other team members. You will have a chance to ask questions so make sure you are prepared for that. The interview usually lasts 45 minutes.
Depending on the process, you may be asked to complete some tests or cases. The aim of this part of the process is to check your analytical skills, your ability to use excel or PP, how good your written English is, whether you are creative or accurate. Don’t be afraid and always ask what you can expect. Please note that assessment may take place before the F2F meeting with a hiring manager but you will be informed about it at the beginning of the process.
If you successfully complete the recruitment process, please expect to hear that from one of our Talent Acquisition team members. We will present the terms of the offer on the phone and will send the job offer to your email. If your decision is in favor of JLL, we will be honored to send you a Welcome JLL email and meet you on the first day of your employment. On that day you will take part in an on-boarding program where you will have an introduction to our business, structure, culture as well as policies and procedures.
