Adjust our office to your needs – find your place.

We want to be a great and inspiring place to work. We work in Activity Based Office that is tailored to the needs of employees. Such a model of work is based on trust and responsibility for the tasks being undertaken, then the employees choose when, where and how to work.

The concept rests on the division of office space into several areas. The co-workers choose the area which best suits their particular activity. There are available areas suitable for both individual and group work, as well as for quiet and project work. We pay special attention to preserving the specific character of IKEA interior design, which reflects the Swedishness, simplicity and functionality. When thinking about interior design, we took into consideration the comfort of our co-workers, while focusing on finding solutions which would have a positive impact on the environment.
