Recruitment process

Each year we employ over 80 employees. We are looking for people with experience and enthusiasm, ready to develop their knowledge and skills. We are looking for candidates with experience in Automotive industry and with low level development background. Communication skills, teamwork skills and very good command of English are also essential. We invite all those who have passion who are willing to take the initiative and are open to new challenges.

Recruitment process - once you send us your application, you can be sure that it will be carefully analyzed by our engineers. When this process is successful, we will organize the interview. The most common recruiting methods at HARMAN are telephone calls and interviews with programming tests. We try to make our recruitment not involve more than two meetings.
