As the world emerges from the storm, we’ve reimagined and redesigned our business model into a hybrid one that allows our employees to work from anywhere within the geographies we operate in while we make use of our offices as spaces for social interaction and collaboration.
In Poland, Genpact has offices in three cities – Krakow, Lublin, and Katowice – and employs 1,400+ people. Our first site in Lublin opened in 2008. Today, it has 200+ employees serving a customer base of CPG, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Our employees help drive business at scale for Western and Eastern Europe, focusing on Eastern European markets in domains like Finance and Accounting, Order to Cash, and IT Services, with support for 8 languages.
Our office in Krakow was a strategic acquisition in 2012 and has since grown into a significant center helping deliver and digitally transform processes in domains such as Finance and Accounting, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Claims, ERP support, and programming for businesses from diverse domains, ranging from Consumer Goods and Retail, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Hi-Tech, and Insurance. At present, we have 650 employees in Krakow supporting Global customers in 16 delivery languages.
Our newest office in Katowice opened in April 2021 as a strategic acquisition and currently employs around 500 people. The main scope of services provided is in Supply Chain, Order to Cash, and enabling Master Data management for the whole product cycle. We provide variations of languages and support the entire European market.
