In case of some positions, we ask candidates to perform certain tasks or give us solutions to specific problems.
Our practice is to contact the candidate within 2 weeks. The same timing applies to the feedback message and decision after the interview.
In the end we offer the job to selected candidates. When both sides accept the conditions, our new employee (who knows, it could be you!) participates in the onboarding process. It allows him or her to learn more about the company and meet future team.
