STAGE 2
CV Selection
After receiving your application, HR department performs initial selection within 1-2 weeks, selecting the ones that best meet our needs with qualifications.

STAGE 3
Phone interview
We conduct a short phone conversation with selected candidates - be prepared to ask about your experience, development plans and test your English skills.
STAGE 4
Recruitment meeting
In the next stage we will invite you to a meeting. Usually they are run by a person from the HR department and a manager. We want to get to know you and your skills better. Depending on the position, you may be asked to solve additional competence tests.
STAGE 5
Decision
Regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process, you will receive feedback from us within 2 weeks. We will let you know about the result by phone or e-mail. After successful completion of the recruitment process, we will invite you to the team and present the terms of cooperation.
