STAGE 2
PHONE INTERVIEW
This is a 20-30 min call for the initial introduction with our HR Representative on the agreed date. You can let us know what is important for you about the new job and we will provide you more details about working at Carlsberg Shared Services. After this conversation Recruitment Specialist will present your candidature to your potential manager and they will decide if they are going to invite you for the next stage of recruitment process. Remember, that we will only speak with chosen candidates, but if you receive a call from us - you can be sure that you will get a feedback no matter if it is positive or negative.
STAGE 3
MEETING WITH MANAGER AND RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
At this stage you have a chance to show your best self to your potential manager and HR Representative. The main goals of this stage are to know you better and make sure that your qualifications are adequate to the job you are trying to get. We will check your English skills, because we use this language in our everyday work. You can also expect knowledge level checking test if it will be required. This meeting is an opportunity for you to meet your future supervisor and ask some more questions as well. Thinking what to wear for the interview? Business casual is our dress code, which would be adjusted to different occasions, such as interviews.

STAGE 4
AN OFFER YOU CAN (NOT) REFUSE
Manager wants you in his/her team? We will call you to make you an offer! After we agree about the terms of your contract we will send you a letter of intent. The contract will be signed in your first day in Carlsberg when you officially join us. Meanwhile we will prepare everything for your employment and HR team will support you if you have any questions.
