STAGE 1

STAGE 2

Phone interview with Recruiter

During the phone interview, we will brief you on our recruitment process and will go into further detail on the position you have applied for. We will ask you various questions around your experience and knowledge of the English language. The call should take approximately 15 minutes.

STAGE 3

Analytical tests at the BNY Mellon office

Analytical tests are an additional stage of our recruitment process and are required for some of our positions. The recruitment team will invite you to this stage if applicable.

STAGE 4

Interview

The face-to-face recruitment interview is the most important element of the process. You will be invited to one of our offices to meet with the hiring manager who will go into further details about the role. You will also be told about the development opportunities within BNY Mellon. This is a good opportunity for you to demonstrate and explain how your skills align to the position. Maybe there is something you would like to ask us? This is the perfect time. Please reserve an hour for the interview, which will be held in English.

STAGE 5

Feedback

We will supply feedback on the interview in due course.

Time to offer
