INTERNSHIPS

BNY Mellon’s Summer Analyst Program puts students side-by-side with financial industry and business leaders for 9 intensive weeks in a dynamic, global environment. Our Summer Analysts tackle real-world projects that challenge them to grow their leadership abilities while honing skills essential to their careers. The programme immerse students in BNY Mellon’s innovative company culture, community outreach, mentoring and more. This paid internship is dedicated to students of 1st year of MA studies or 2nd year of BA studies in finances, economics, accounting, administration, financial markets, management, mathematics.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Recruitment process at BNY Mellon consist of 5 main stages:

1. online application

2. screening call or analytical test

3. interview with hiring managers

4. feedback

5. offer extension and background screening verification

Requirements:

  • Very good/ Fluent command of English is mandatory
  • BA or MA degree (from various faculties)
  • Practical use of MS Office
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • PC literacy
  • Ability to assist in, and implement, the planning of work
  • High level of accuracy and professionalism
