About Us

Bayer Poland is consisting of sales office based in Warsaw and located in Tricity business center - Bayer Service Center Gdańsk.

Bayer’s products are available on Polish market since 1957. In 1991, an independent representative office was established under the name Bayer AG - Branch in Poland, later transformed into the Bayer Sp. z o.o. company, which started operating in 1994. In 2012 a business operations center of Bayer was established in Gdańsk as Service Center Gdańsk.

Bayer Warsaw

Our office in Warsaw offers development opportunities in the following departments and areas:

Pharmaceuticals department, our largest sales department, focuses on the areas of cardiology, oncology, gynecology, hematology and ophthalmology, i.e. those in which we want to make a key contribution to medical progress.

In the Consumer Health department, we work for global transformation - from treating diseases to caring for well-being. Together, we strive to support people in leading a better, healthier life through innovation based on scientific knowledge.

Enabling the production of sufficient food, feed, fiber and renewable raw materials for a growing world population using limited arable land resources is one of the goals of the Crop Science department, which deals with harvest protection, seed production and non-agricultural applications.

The organizational structure of Enabling Functions for CEE region, covering the CEE HR, CEE Communication, Office Management, Logistics and Controlling departments, combines service and organizational functions at the national level.

SERVICE CENTER GDAŃSK

In Gdańsk we established the Service Center Gdańsk aimed at providing Bayer business services. Gdańsk is a crucial place for Bayer`s European strategy. We support Bayer employees, customers and partners in 15 languages on an international scale. As part of the global Shared Service Center Delivery Network, the Center supports our branches for more than 20 Central and Eastern European countries.

The Center holds the ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System) and 22301 (Continuity Management) certificates – this is unique on the country scale.

The main area of activity of the Service Center Gdańsk used to be accounting but the organization is growing and developing rapidly. We are expanding our services to include innovative processes in the area of purchasing, customer service, controlling, employee services and HR operations.

The centralization, standardization, and automation of processes across a global network of service centers bring greater productivity and increased competitiveness. This allows Bayer flexibility in implementing the company’s strategic and ambitious decisions on a global scale.
