Bayer Service Center Gdańsk
Hello, my name is Anna and I am Ukrainian. During my studies in Gdańsk, I participated in the Internship program in SCG and was hired afterwards.
SCG became my second family, my first Team and Team Leader taught me everything.
After 2,5 years I changed my department twice. The changes were always caused by my craving to find the position that would be a perfect match for my personality and abilities. Bayer gave me this flexibility and right now, being in my third department, I am extremely satisfied.
Anna, Knowledge Transfer Coordinator
I graduated from the University of Gdansk in the field of the German studies in 2013. Soon I have started my first job at Bayer’s Service Center in Gdansk with no experience in accounting and I was lucky to become a member of one of the very first Accounts Payable teams working for Germany at that time.
Thanks to many trainings and opportunities, I have started as a Junior Accountant and now I am an Expert in Accounting.
Marta, Expert in Accounting
Having joined Bayer in 2014 I never knew how much fun and development opportunities I will have! What I did in those 4 years? Among many: mastered German language, learned a lot about corporate finance, spent a lot of quality time on different projects\transitions abroad and met the most wonderful people ever who I can proudly call friends now.
In Bayer professional development crosses with fun at all times! I really can’t count how many integration events of all sorts I participated in or how many business trips I was on.
Development? Say no more - starting as an Accountant I did my best to prove myself in the organization. After some time of “climbing the ladder” I am now leading the best team there is! If you are looking for energetic, innovative and flexible organization that supports you both in development and is fun at the same time… you should be already preparing your CV :)
