The first step is to send an on-line application to the selected position. All Atos job offers are published in the online recruitment system.
Your application will be screened by one of our Sourcing Specialist, who will evaluate your skills, experience, and academic achievement against the requirements of the position. If you are a good match, we will get touch with you, and find out more about you and your experience. If on this occasion we don’t believe you are suitable, we will screen your application against other positions that we have. Either way we will let you know whether we are able to proceed or not.
If both you and Atos are keen in progress, we will invite you to an interview. This will give us the opportunity to get know each other as part of open, honest, objective process.
This stage is attended by specialists or managers of a given department (their task is to thoroughly verify your skills) and recruiters who not only check soft skills, but also present our company and present development opportunities, including employment conditions.
The number and type of interview that you have, will vary based on factors such as location, type, and seniority of position. If you get to the interview stage, we will explain the potential interview steps to you.
