Who are we?

Our vision is a world in which finance professionals are equipped with powerful solutions to run their global businesses, forecast the outcomes of their decisions, and comply with complex regulations. Our company headquarters is in London, while our Aptitude Innovation Center, home to over 140 IT specialists, is in Wroclaw.

Recruitment process

 Our recruitment process has only 3 steps: 

  1. Phone call with Recruitment Specialist - We want to know if our expectations can meet.
  2. Meeting in the office - Technical Interview with Line Manager, Technical Interviewer and HR – We want to learn something about you and your technical, English skills. It will be the best time for you to ask any question.
  3. Meeting with the team - We value the team spirit and cooperation, that’s why we want you to meet your future colleagues
