One of our recruiters will look through your CV to determine if you have the right qualifications needed for the specific position. Usually the process takes between 1-2 weeks. Don’t be scared to send a follow up if you do not hear back, sometimes we have a lot of applications and need a bit longer.
A HR Pre-Interview is typically the first interview in the hiring process and it’s either on the phone or via Skype. It will take 15-40 minutes. At this stage we are checking your experience, education and personality to find out if your skills and experiences match the profile of the position.
Depending on where you are located, we will either have an interview via Skype or invite you to come to our office for an interview with a manager. The interview will take 30 minutes. Our selection process will give you every chance to show us what you're made of and that you have the skills we’re looking for.
Depending on the level of the position, your final interview might be conducted by a senior leadership. Questions during a final interview are more about you as a professional. You might have to get some tasks according to your field of expertise.
We will let you know about the final decision whether the result is positive or negative.
