Acoustic R&D Lab officially opened its doors in December 2019 with the mission to innovate and improve upon two core products that Acoustic clients rely on to connect with end-consumers in a human way and get the best results, Campaign and Content Hub. 

Today we are a team of 150 employees from the areas of front - and back - end development, UXUI design, Product Managers, CICD and QA Engineers and Technical Support Engineers. Our main objective is to listen to the needs of our clients and provide them with even better tools and services. We want to help them act creative, manage their end-to-end marketing campaigns and use all the available data to engage their customers and view content across marketing platforms interlinked through Acoustic’s first-of-its-kind open-ecosystem. 

As a team, we work in the Squads of 8 to 12 people that consist of Development Engineers and Product Management. The Squads have full ownership of pieces of our software and work on new capabilities in an independent way, starting from requirements ideation, through UI design, development, quality assurance and deployment. There are 10+ Squads already and we keep growing.

Building a team in the times of pandemics is no easy task but we are focused on creating a diverse environment where people will be able to develop their skills, reach goals and have fun. Our colleagues come from over 15 countries and all sorts of backgrounds creating an amazing blend of skills, competencies and interests.
