Our internships at Global Business Services (GBS) and Corporate Technology Center are offered throughout the year. This is a perfect opportunity for students who would like to get to know our company better. Convenient office locations and flexible working hours make it possible to fit into academic schedules. The internships at GBS and CTC typically last for 3-6 months. If the internship is successful your contract can be extended or we can offer you a full-time job.

Observing an increased interest in summer internships, we offer Summer Internship Program in almost all ABB plant locations in Poland. Students have an opportunity to learn more about ABB's production operations, as well as to support different ABB departments in their everyday work and take an active part in our projects. Take a challenge and make the first move into the game! The recruitment process for Summer Internship Program starts each year in April.

Global Early Talent Programs

For those who look for something more, each year we launch Global Early Talent Programs (GETP) in Finance and Information Systems. The aim of the GETP is to combine on-the-job and formal training with up to three assignments in two or three countries in 18 months. As part of the program, we offer the opportunity to work within international projects, and complete additional trainings and courses.

ABB Discovery - Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS)

ABB Discovery within the ELDS division is a practice-oriented program that starts in Autumn. We are looking for students and graduates of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, machine technology, industrial engineering, or related disciplines, who would like to start their professional career in an international environment. ABB Discovery allows you to improve your skills and collaborate with experienced experts. Develop your career and test yourself in a variety of roles during your 18-month journey through ABB ELDS.
